Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast journalist. She is most well-known as anchorperson on CNN's At This Hour morning show. She was also the co-anchor of CNN's Monday morning shows New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's prestigious presidential election coverage from 2012. She has also served as an official correspondent for the congressional office in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was a reporter for legislative and congressional occasions, including the talks to raise the debt ceiling of the US as well as super committee meetings. Her general assignment work has included reports on Christmas Day, the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the stimulus program by the government in 2009. The company hired her CNN Newsource as National Correspondent in 2007. As a national correspondent she covered breaking news and feature news for more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. Ealier she worked with NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. She currently reside in New York City with her husband and two children.
