Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and musician. She is famous for her stage work as well as starring as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. She was awarded with praise for her ability to portray such an extroverted and somewhat dim-witted character which people initially considered impossible due to her roles that were more serious in the past. Her role was a guest in Kim Possible as Heather. It was among her first voice-overs. Van der Pol was a part of Ronnie in Shake It Up, a Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up in the year 2011. Van der Pol composed a variety of tracks on behalf of Walt Disney Records, including one she co-wrote together with Raven-Symone and Orlando Brown for That's So the soundtrack of Raven. Over It was recorded for the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck In The Suburbs. Van der Pol is a ex-member of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars which was a supergroup made up comprised of Disney Channel stars. She made R&B/pop versions to The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart Makes. The song was covered by her Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for a Disneymania special edition released in 2006. She recorded several of the songs of the Broadway show as well as A Change in Me.
